Fun Express STEM Motion & Friction Science Kit for Kids Age 5-12

This was great for my classroom. The cars broke pretty easily but we just use hot wheels.

My students enjoyed getting to explore friction using the ramp. They made a hypothesis about which surfaces would cause the vehicle to slow down or to speed up the most. I loved the variety of surfaces they had to choose from! It was easy to set up and all the materials have held up, except the white posterboard. I'm thankful there were multiple of those in the pack. My very first class tore it when taking it off the ramp. Other than that, it was a very successful purchase!

This looked so cool but lasted maybe an hour, hour and a half. Velcro came off or tore off and the ramps broke. I bought 2 sets so all 4 ramps of cheap wood broke. To the trash it went. Save your money don’t buy this. I was the first to break it, I set up the ramp in highest setting let the car go and the impact broke the stopper immediately. Don’t buy :(

We received this as a gift, but one of the cars has a misaligned axle, so it continually runs into the side rail of the track. This makes it impossible to do any direct comparison of speed between the two cars, which is mostly the point of the toy.
