Does it get splotchy by the end of the day ?

No, not on me. I have combination skin and it seems to stay on all day and it looks just as good at then end of the day as it did at the beginning. I LOVE IT!!

Can I retuordered the wrong color. Can I return this order unopened?

Seller's statement is "This item is non-returnable, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement." BUT Amazon states that if a product is eligible for prime membership, product is subject to amazon's 
return/refund policy (which is in conflict with the seller's statement). I would contact amazon for clarificaion.

Does it have a fragrance? I need unscented

The product does not contain fragrance. However, if you are concerned about a skin reaction due to an allergic response you should place the product on the inside of your forearm and leave it for a few hours – if no reaction occurs then it is likely not going to be a problem on the face!
