I had to get a special bulb and switch for this lamp at Ace hardware and everyone kept coming up and complimenting on how beautiful this lamp is. I couldn't agree with them more...It is absolutely stunning!

needs modifications
Glass shade does not stay on under its own weight. I had to modify it to get it to stay on. Stand is made from a mold that produced uneven feet, so that it doesn't sit flat and will wobble. I gave it 2 stars because light works and it looks authentic and beautiful.

Impossible to use due to poor design.
The lamp itself looks very nice. But it is that heavy that the metalic arm (Swan neck!) does not support it and it can not be used on a table. I am dissapointed as it is impossible to believe that this people can not make a easy and simple quality test. I have no option but to use it hanging from the cealing and forget about the "Table Lamp"

Amazingly quick and intact delivery; pleasant decorative lamp
Communications with the seller were prompt, and delivery amazingly quick. Product arrived fully intact and with electrical adaptation and extra bulbs. Close up, the handwork on the glass lamp is somewhat shoddy, and does not look exactly as pictured, but the overall appearance is lovely. The metalwork is quite nice. The illumination is very soft and subtle...think of it as decorative only, don't expect to be able to use it for reading.

I do like the light this gives off. Very nice!

Pretty but it isnt very sturdy
Remember that this is a European model, so you need European light bulbs. The lamp is beautiful and puts off a very pretty light. I use it in my massage room. However, the glass seems to be too heavy for the metal end pieces and it can slip very easily and break. Be careful when moving that you hold the glass piece and not just the lamp arm.

Beautiful but electrical is of poor quality; got electric shock when we plugged it in. Was supposed to get a credit but never did.
