Stays flexible however can be drilled but would probably not hold screws.

Do I need to buy a nozzle with this product?

The epoxy dries quickly. If you have a job of any size, you should buy several mixing nozzles, so that you can finish the job. Nozzles are cheap. Rework, damaged material... not so much.
