I have two Shih Tzus who get regular baths, and I didn’t want to spend a fortune on shampoo, so when this Arm & Hammer Deodorizing Dog Shampoo went on sale for just $3.50, I decided to give it a try. I’m really glad I did because it works surprisingly well without the overpowering scents some shampoos have. It effectively eliminates that classic “wet dog smell,” leaving my dogs smelling clean but not overwhelmed with fragrance. The shampoo lathers up nicely, which makes bath time easier, and it rinses out quickly without leaving any residue. I’ve noticed no skin irritation at all, which is a big relief since my pups have sensitive skin. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts through several baths. After a blow dry and a comb they stay soft for days.

First off all, this shampoo smells absolutely amazing! and the scent lasts for days on end. The bottle size is honestly amazing for the price which makes it a great bang for your buck. After using it, my dog’s fur felt incredibly soft, had a shiny look, and was noticeably cleaner. It lathered well and rinsed out easily without leaving any residue. I definitely noticed less itching and dryness, which is a huge plus. The only thing I could complain about was it leaking but that might have just been my order but overall this is a great shampoo that I’ll definitely be repurchasing!

Great leaves both my Weimaraner and mini schnauzer smelling fresh and coat clean. It does not strip their skin of moisture and even seems to ease any irritation. My schnauzer typically will smell like what ever shampoo for like a day or two and then I will have to freshen with sprays. Well I can honestly say the scent sticks with him for a little over a week.
