Easy to apply and although I doubted the strength of them, they are as good as any hook for coats and other items. They looks good too with the chrome finish rather than some of their plastic counterparts. It was very kind of them and they have rectified the problem of the missing hook. Very happy how the missing hook was handled, so feel it necessary to change my rating from a 3 to 5 as it would have been if I had received all 5 hooks in the beginning. The seller has assured me this shouldn't happen again.
