I really like this pillow it's a very comfortable and really soft the only unfortunate thing is it doesn't come with a pillowcase and the one I ordered seperately later that is supposed to fit it is not very soft despite washing it several times and doesn't fit very well so I'm not even using it on the pillow. So I don't know how long it will last since I can't clean it then once it gets dirty I won't want to use it. But other than that it's a great pillow - exactly the amount of support I wanted to be able to sit up in bed against my very hard headboard comfortably and it's also very comfortable to sleep with my head on the small round part.

Had been looking for a softer wedge pillow. It has worked well for me. Contour, consider making one a little larger. Like queen/king size. Overall, I am glad I purchased this pillow.

The design of this is perfect. It’s amazing for reading on the couch or laying down. However, the material used is not nearly sturdy enough, so you end up sort of sinking into it rather than being supported. I wish it was just a bit firmer.

Perfect for my posr-op recovery. Used it with a rollup bed for maximum customized bed rest. Well-made; wish I'd bought it with a cover.

It was the biggest waste of $39.99 I've ever thrown away. It came compacted and instructions required "20 minutes in dryer on cool air" to inflate. It did nothing to fill or fluff to match the ad and picture. I have tried fluffing, folding, punching, placing small section on bottom, or small section on top. No change in getting a comfortable pillow or any support. Even folding the pillow in half doesn't make it useful. It's totally worthless. It's not foam so it doesn't stand like pictured. It's an expensive piece of fluff I may use to stuff a small pillow of 8-10 inches possibly. I could have bought more stuffing for $1.99 at JoAnn's or Michael's. Needless to say it was a huge disappointment and convinced me to buy from a brick and mortar store if I want something more satisfactory. I would ask for a refund but lately amazon wants to give you a "Promotional Certificate' (Meaning amazon credit that you have to spend "again" on amazon.) I want my credit card refunded so I can spend elsewhere on some better merchandise.

This is a very comfortable pillow. I bought it when I had back pain but have continued to use it well after I was well. I then let my aunt borrow it when she was very ill and it became soiled. I didn’t hesitate to buy it again! It is not firm but it is just the right amount of squishiness to be perfect for lounging in bed or on the couch and the different positions make it even more comfortable.

Husband loves it

I purchased this pillow to help with extreme pregnancy GERD and was pretty disappointed. First, this pillow is not nearly as supportive as it looks in the photos. When I lay on it, I am only slightly more inclined than when I lay flat. It's definitely not enough to stop the acid reflux. Second, it came with this thing that says I'm not going to sue them and that I only have 30 days to opt out of not being able to sue ever (pic included). So, I wasn't going to sue them but I'm definitely wondering if I should be concerned about something. Not a great way to instill confidence in a customer. Probably going to return this, which feels icky because it's a pillow but I'm really unhappy.

I got this for after my tonsillectomy and it was really good for however I wanted to lay it's good for sitting up for sleeping
