ReGrained Supergrain Healthy Granola Energy Bar – Chewy, Crispy Chocolate Coffee Stout,1.24oz Bars (12-Pack)

I was first introduced to these bars by Imperfect Produce. They were a little pricey, but I loved the up-cycling concept and decided to give them a try. It was love at first bite, and I was thrilled to find them not only more reasonably priced, but also available in Subscribe & Save on Amazon. Unlike most other energy bars, these aren't sickeningly sweet. The coffee and malt and dark chocolate flavors are exactly what I was looking for in energy bars but seldom found. They're chewy but not gummy, and just the right size to be filling for a snack or quick breakfast without leaving you feeling overstuffed.

I've been eating protein bars for years, but was never quite satisfied because most of them (almost all) are packed with sugar or sugar substitutes that upset my stomach. These bars not only include up-cycled food from breweries, but also have simple ingredients. They are just sweet enough and much softer than their original recipe. Good stuff.

These have a healthy, full-bodied flavor. I am not sure how much of it is due to the re-graining, but it has a unique flavor. It is almost like a mixture of coffee and chocolate. Hmmm... Anyway, great for a snack or as part of a meal. The package opens easily, which is some kind of remarkable for a sports bar. They are kind of dry, which is why they only got a four. (OK, guys break out those leiderhosen...)

The ingredients listed on Amazon are not the ingredients that are in it. I can’t have some of the things listed & the product is non refundable. Very poor customer service.

Great product made from leftover brewing grains. Tastes great (my favorite is the chocolate/coffee flavor. Fun product, responsible, and great nutrition. Will try more of the other flavors.

Excellent flavor and texture and a great use of spent grain. Especially tasty if dipped in Scotch or Bourbon. Lots of possibilities with these bars.

Interesting flavor. But too dry, making them difficult to chew.

Sustainable packaging, upcycled ingredients, and a product that tastes absolutely delicious?! What's not to love?! I love Regrained products and feel like I'm doing my body a favor too when eating them.
