But my computer was getting slower and slower every day, and I figured I had nothing to lose if the FixMe Stick didn't work. So I went ahead and ordered it. I could not get the stick started. I chatted with customer support, and they told me that I needed a wired keyboard, and that would get things going. I bought the cheapest one I could find, and tried again. The program ran perfectly. It didn't take vert long either. And I have a whole new Mac! It is so fast - pages load up quickly and I don't see those spinning wheels any more. I am thrilled that I don't have to shell out money for a new Mac, and I feel much safer knowing the viruses and spyware have been removed. Tried the web site found and update if you r fixme stick doesn’t work. After a download and run got the message that it couldn’t U.N. mount fixme drive. Now the drive doesn’t work at all. Wrote company email they sent a new boot holding down 4 keys on start up. Didn’t work either. Had to reinstall os system on MacBook Pro. Fixme stick still won’t boot up. Had to buy Norton 360, cost more but it worked.
