This is my favorite magnesium. Helps me sleep and ward off migraines. Grape flavor is tasty!

Give me horrible heartburn

I like that this is a liquid as I cannot swallow many pills any longer. I tried to take 2 tsps (per directions) right from the bottle but 2 tsp. was too much as it gave me diarrhea within 30 minutes. Additionally it has a very horrible taste. I read on line that I could add this to water so now I take 1.5 tsp and add it to about 3 gulps of water - that is much better to get down and it seems to be the right amount. I read that I could open up capsules and add to water so I will be trying that next as buying the capsules of this brand would be much cheaper. I need this magnesium so that my legs do not cramp and as I have IBS it helps me to keep my bowels flowing properly. I will try to find an alternative to taking this liquid just because of the taste.
