Does the Kalita wave 185 fit without issue onto this carafe?

I don't know, but the one that I have that it is made for is the Hario VDC-02W V60 Ceramic Coffee Dripper, which I have and that fits perfectly with it.

Can a Hario ceramic dripper be placed directly on top of this server, or do I need the station to work the two things together?

Yes you can. Both the Hario ceramic dripper and the Hario server have a flat surface that allows you to put them one in top of the other. The station is recommended to avoid a quick movement that could cause one or both to break, but with proper handle you can use them without the station. Also, you can build your own station! :)

Does it fit the Hario V60 02?

I have the Hario VDC-02W V60 Ceramic Coffee Dripper, White. I'm quite certain that the range server would fit any of the Hario V60 products.

Will the large BeeHouse dripper fit on top of this?

not sure what the Beehouse dripper dimensions are but the opening diameter of the Hario, at its tightest point is 2 9/16 of an inch.
