HX35 Turbine Turbo Lab America Holset HX35 H1C Turbine Wheel Shaft

Was a perfect fit been running it hard for a few years. Fit a 2001 24 valve

Replaced this and the compressor wheel on my hx35. This and the compressor wheel are individually balanced so they they can be fit without aligning to each other and maintain balance. A turbo shop balancing the assembly is better, but this has worked well for me and is happy to push 30psi without issue. The turbo seems like it’s struggling / (out of breath) at the end of its efficiency at 35psi. The factory wheel / compressor use to hold 35 a little better (marginal difference) than this but no difference at 30/32. I used the turbo lab bearing kit and the 3 components work well except for one component. I had to use the old exhaust heat shield as the turbo lab one was slightly thicker which caused misalignment and tolerance issue. So far, I would highly recommend this and the compressor wheel for anyone doing a rebuild. It’s hit or miss if you only do one wheel and are able to realign / balance the assembly mixing factory components.

Arrived well packed in a foam container. This is important because it comes already balanced and any bend or hard hit may affect it performance. Looks exactly like the original.

Rebuilt my hx35 on my 01dodge cummins. fit perfect. works excellent. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing to rebuild a homset for there turbo applications.

Fit my 98.5 Cummins with hx35w turbo. Only issue there is a clicking sound coming from my turbo under load.
