Great quality. I like that is low in mg. 350 is a little too much for me but it does help me focus and clears my mind. It does not help memory recall, it just brings clarity. lifts brain fog. I'm sensitive to the cholines but this one is effective when I want to come across clearly. Great quality feel to stay focused when doing an activity being work or being active. and then do another pill after after a few hours to stay on task while doing activity (not so great for memorizing for me at all as I tend to read a lot and this does not help to see what I just read). I tried some other brand at 650 mg and it was not even half the potency of this one, and my brain got tangled up because of those companies' low quality. I'll stick with this one when I need mind clarity.

Love the glass bottle they come in. My only complaint is that they are a little big for people who aren't great at swallowing pills. I actually opened then up and swallowed the powder without any issues. Does not have a bad taste at all, just sour!

Citocoline, or choline, helps me with memory. I tried Prevagen, and it didn't do anything for me. After reading in about choline in Consumer Reports on Health and checking with a couple of other reputable sources, I decided to try it out. The results have been positive for me; can't say this will work for everyone. Bonus--this comes in a glass bottle, NOT PLASTIC! So no microplastics floating around in your gut (well, at least not from this product).

Definitely will be buying again I’ve taken this all throughout my pregnancy and it’s worked great so far no stomach issues at all (pregnant women need about 450mg of choline a day) it doesn’t taste like anything especially when you have it with juice

I switched to this after trying another brand. Much more affordable, easy on the stomach and one gets the great benefits of Choline for the baby.

I have used this product only for 2 days, 1 cap per day and i think this will not suit me as it increased my anxiety levels, other side effects i noticed confusion, restlessness and low confidence, so far i hav stopped it, might be these side effects are temporary and with regular use my body will adopt it but not sure..
