Awesome globe for crafters!
Collecting Warehouse always has the best prices for glass domes. I use them to build custom geek domes, and they always fit the bill! High quality glass arrives unbroken and well packaged (the base is in the same box, but wrapped separately). They fit the base well, and always look great when I'm done putting everything together!Definitely recommended!

a bit pricey, buit possibly worth it to you
For a one-off this was great.Would I want to buy a bunch? I dunno... they're a bit pricey.It's nice, clean, keeps the dust off, etc. No disappointment there.

Very clear with no distortion.
I wanted to protect a small Nativity my son and daughter in law brought me from Bethlehem, Isreal. This has become one of my prized possessions. It is made of Olive Wood and the bark is a dark color so I chose the Oak, which is light colored, so it set off the outside edges perfectly. The done appears very clear and free of flaws that would distort the view. It is a little too tall but it is the closest anyone had to fit. I am very pleased. Definitely 5 stars.

Good dome, no wire stand
Great little dome. Unfortunately I did not notice there was no brass wire stand. I will have to add one.

Beautiful display case all
I'm a bit of a weirdo, in the sense that I feel I've got to incessantly put myself on display for others. All I needed was a good dowel, a hacksaw, a handful of oxycontin's, and this Plymor Brand 4" x 7" Small Glass Display dome and next thing you know, I've got my flaccid yaw on display for each and every one of my temporary dinner "guests."

Great case for collectables or hobbies.
I've now ordered a few of these for some hobby projects I'm working on (building LED beauty and the beast roses.) I love the quality of them. This last order was the first time there was a minor defect in the glass making it sit abit wonkey on the base... Normally fits in the grove just right but this one has a minor bulge on the one side. I personally am not bothered by it though, I've been modifying the bases for my project and will just make the groove a smidge wider. Will easily order more in the near future.

Wonderful Product!
This product was perfect for a little DIY project I made for my girlfriend for Valentines Day. I got the theme from Beauty & The Beast of course and added some small LED lights inside of it to make the artificial rose pop. Great product and so worth the price!

perfect
I got this to keep a treasure of mine dust free. I'm glad I got it. The glass is thin but serves its purpose. I have it on a shelf where it can't get knocked over and broken. If it were hit hard enough and knocked over the glass would probably break. But it looks wonderful and I would recommend this to a friend.
