Inspiron 3521 adapter

Works Fast, Doesn't Get Hot. Great Price.
I picked this charger for my aging Dell Insperion 15.6" laptop mainly because it did not use an adapter piece, which on two previous chargers soon would not stay connected to the charger. I was, however, concerned about its quality, given the price. First thing I noticed when it arrived was how light it is. In electronics, that's generally a good thing. It frequently means more current solid state electronics are inside. It could also mean that the power supply is undersized. I plugged it into my completely dead laptop and it went to work. While I didn't time it, it did charge surprisingly quickly. When I first used it, the LED did not light up. After a few minutes, it came on. I'm not sure if it's designed that way or an indication of something wrong. In any case, it charged my laptop and it stayed cool. It didn't even get slightly warm, even when used to power the laptop. Now, all that remains to see is how long it lasts. But, given its price, if I get a year out of it, I'll be happy.

Worked perfectly for old Dell laptop.
Ordered as a replacement for an old laptop we needed to use and get old files and photos off of. It worked perfectly and old laptop worked and charged.

Update: I got ahold of customer service, and got a reply within 24 hours. They were more than helpful and offered to send me another charger for free as the first one seemed to be broken (possibly could have happened in the mail, who knows) and I’m very excited to receive my new working charger. They were very adamant on letting me know that my satisfaction is their #1 concern. Very happy with this purchase, glad everything could be fixed. Waiting for the new charger in the mail now! I lost my charger a few months ago and bought this for my Dell Inspiron 15 3521 and left it plugged into my computer from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm. No light has turned on on the charger, and my computer hasn’t charged one bit. Really disappointed, was looking forward to using my computer tonight.

I have had my dell laptop for a long time. I recently really needed to use it so I needed a new charger and adapter. I know nothing about computers and how to match what with it. Reliable laptop power adapter
it has worked well now for about a year. no issues with charging and no issues durability. Runs cool. It was half the size of the original so now more room in the computer bag when I travel.
