Was given a sushi making kit for Christmas and used all the contents so needed to find supply of nori sheets. Supermarkets didn't have much choice so found this product online. Very happy with the product, for taste, packaging and price. Was a bit worried that they might not be easy to peel apart but they were easy to use and reseal to keep them fresh.

These Nori sheets are very good value for money, much cheaper than the small packs you can find in regular supermarkets. They are good quality, we use them to make maki rolls and other sushi-type nibbles, as well as shredded over miso soup and salads. They are good enough to hold and not tear when making rolls if you use them properly. Big pack, enough to last for a long while. They also remain crisp for a long time once the pack is open.

I make sushi at home and usually buy small packs of nori but this one will last a lot longer with 50 sheets. Its is good quality and tastes great. It is kept fresh and air tight by the sealable bag, I have had mine for about two months and it is still fresh. As I have so much I also use in things like soup to add more umami flavour. A great product.

This is pure restaurant quality nori. It tastes perfect and smells amazing. It doesn't have any "fishiness" that some of the cheap noris have. It is quite thin, which is perfect for my uses and pallet. In ramen it softens and breaks apart quite easily, adding a nice umami and depth of flavor. It is a little thin if you are looking to use it for sushi hand rolls, but should hold up well enough for standard rolls. Overall, the flavor, umami, and freshness are exactly what I wanted for ramen and soups. There's a lot here, but I'll gladly buy it again when I run low.
