We needed a replacement charger for our family's Acer laptop. This has been working great for a couple months now. Charging speed and compatibility is fine. Connector is similar to OEM, no issues. Happy so far.

Worked perfectly

This product matched my Acer laptop to the tee. This should last me for quite some time so I'm definitely satisfied

The short and sweet version, the charger was loose but did charge overnight. The build quality of the charger would improve if the dual sized, destacable charging heads fit more securely and were not so easily lost—which would render the charger useless. However, for the low price the charger worked well enough with mostly ease of use .

Plenty of length and comes with two connectors I have to say it does the job and it has been working great in my mother in law's ACER laptop. The cord quality is pretty thick from the wall to the transformer brick, and it does get thinner coming out of there to the end where the connector can be changed with the other one that is included in the box it comes in. As for heat coming out from the brick like a lot of transformers do, It only feels lukewarm to the touch. I haven't heard any complaints from my mother in law, so I would say she has been very happy with this item, and she was happy about the price, and that it didn't cost her an arm and a leg to buy a replacement charger. Sorry, I would have added some pics lol, but didn't have time to take any.

This charger worked fine for about a month. That said, the metal tip was still loose in my laptops port (Acer aspire a515-54) and would fall out if slightly nudged or stop charging at certain angles. But it was a cheap charger, so whatever. After a month though, I find the chargers tip stuck in the port, broken off from the cord. God knows how because it’s not like it was ever a snug fit. Anyway, I consider myself decently handy but couldn’t fix it after hours of work. Unless you want the headache of buying a new charger every month, just spend a couple extra bucks and buy something of higher quality.

My laptop failed on vacation. Dead as a door nail. Process of elimination pointed to failure of the charger so I ordered a replacement from Amazon for $17 and it was delivered on time to the place we were staying. But when I opened the box, the plug that connects the charger to the laptop was tiny, about one-eighth inch in diameter, and would not fit. My first thought was to return it until I found the adapter in the box that fit my Acer perfectly. The new charger is just what I needed. It even came with a printed instruction manual!
