Organic, delicious, but arrived with a significant blob that was melted together that's not great for making cookies (tho the lucky ppl who get the blob chunks may not mind ;-). That hasn't happened with the Yupik organic dark chocolate wafers, which are sometimes shipped with a cooling pack. These small chocolate chips seem more delicate and may be more easily impacted by heat. They were delivered to a mailbox on a sunny day - perhaps a label on the outside of the package to leave it in a cool place would help. Still overall a good product.

Product must have been in freezer or something. I couldn’t really use it due to it being mushy. It look rotten. I just ordered another bag. I’m hoping this won’t happen again. But this time I will send it back.

Quality chocolate Packaging didn’t keep chips cool. Some melting at top of package. What was added to the water pack prior to freezing? Weird stuff in the ice pack water when arrived (melted).
