Electrolytes Powder 250g - Unflavoured, 250 Servings

Never tried electrolyte powder before but bought this one for a few reasons. It’s got Zero sugar, no yucky flavouring and it’s quite high in sodium, calcium and potassium amount others. I need the high sodium as I sweat excessively due to Fibromyalgia, certain side affects of pain medication and that I’m also a 58 year old post menopausal woman who only has to look at a picture of the sun and I’m like a broken shower head!! I didn’t think the price was unreasonable for the amount of 100g and if I didn’t like them then I haven’t lost out too much. When I first added two scoops using the measure provided, into a 750ml water bottle, I was a bit shocked as to how salty it tasted but I persevered through it. I now drink 3-4 scoops in a 2L bottle over the course of a day because of how consistently hot the weather is right now. I’m not suffering nearly as many heart palpitations as I was, no cramps in calves and I miss the taste in water that hasn’t got the powders in it. Overall I think it’s a good product and one thing I have learnt is to shake the packet every single time before I open them and that’s made a big difference too. I will buy again.

Really good electrolyte powder for training. It mixes easily and being unflavoured makes it easy to add to water or combine with other drinks without overpowering the taste. I’ve found it particularly useful during longer or harder training sessions and when I’m sweating more. The 250g bag is a good size and should last a decent amount of time. Simple, practical and does exactly what I wanted.

I bought the Freak Athletics Electrolytes Powder (Unflavoured, 250g) for my long-distance runs and trail preparation, and it’s absolute top tier. Finding an unflavoured electrolyte blend without any artificial sweeteners, hidden sugars, or aggressive chemical aftertastes is surprisingly difficult. This product hits the nail on the head. Because there are no added flavours, it's clean, well-balanced, and completely neutral, meaning I can mix it into my water bottle or hydration bladder for runs lasting over an hour without dealing with sickly-sweet synthetic flavors that sit heavy when you're pushing the pace. If you are logging serious miles, training on technical trails, and want pure, effective hydration without the unnecessary additives, this is the one to get. Highly recommend.

Okay but not the cheapest brand. Tasteless is good, no extra sweetener and inportant for Keto. Easy to add to tea or water. I find adding it to cold drinks in a bottle and shaking it up before I sip it, stops any residue laying on the bottom. Cannot comment on sleep quality as I use it during day, but this hot weather, I felt dehydrated because I hadn't used it for a day and drinking it felt better after 10 minutes. It helps revive the sluggishness from very hot days. easy to swallow. Could be chaeper, hence it dropped a star or in better value bags.

Love this product! It allows me to stay in a fasted state and doesn’t affect my ketogenic state. Pretty much tastes like the smallest pinch of salt on water, I can hardly taste anything.

Decent I have had worse, will buy again

The amount of pottasium is low , taste is manageable and it's a good thing to have to rehydrate any time of the day, comes with a scoop for easy measuring/dosing. Please improve on dosage instructions rather than saying one scoop for every hour of intensive workout. Second time delivery was a day late but sometimes can't be helped

Extremely high quality and high content electrolytes. Mixes very well. I usually add a little juice to taste. It can be quite smoky when you open the tub so be careful not to breathe it in. Will be a repeat purchase for me. Great way to stay hydrated during hot weather and gym sessions.
