Good flavor, easy to prepare
Great dashi, very easy to prepare. A good option for vegetarians - I substitute any fish based dashi for kombu dashi in Japanese recipes with great results.

Contains Milk
Might be a decent product but CONTAINS MILK!!! The photos are incorrect and misleading. Nutritional information on the back of the package I received has an extra little “Contains Milk” whereas the product photo conveniently has that piece of information left off. Check the pictures, doesn’t say anywhere that it contains milk. Can’t use the product and no returns accepted. Very dissatisfied!! :(
