This is what my hair dresser uses. It smells wonderful and works great with any type of water. The only problem I had was the shampoo cap was no screwed on tightly and some of the shampoo spilled out. Otherwise worth the purchase.

Great stuff!! It works. I’ve had well water hair for 3 years, and after 2 washes my hair looks and feels so much better! The shampoo lid was lose and had a little leak and a few dents but probably the post office.

Loved the product itself, works great for hard water hair. The shampoo spilt during shipping on the package, but wasn’t a huge mess since it was inside the package itself. Would buy again!

This shampoo and conditioner work great for hard water. It leaves my hair soft and feeling clean. Other reviews are right when they talk about leaking during shipping. This product is too expensive to waste in transit. Need to find a way to stop the loss.

While the shampoo and conditioner itself works well and was the desired product... it was packaged very poorly. It was placed in a large box with no packing material left to bounce around inside the box while in transit. I was not surprised when I opened the plastic wrap around the bottles to find one of the bottles had cracked and leaked. For such expensive product, a little more care when packing would have saved me from having a mess to clean up and to be out some of the product I paid for.
