It’s not a wonder but it’s good.!… Mine arrives unsquashed by mail, believe it or not. It makes a good sandwich or good skillet toast… I’m 76…anything that’s decent and saves me from driving to the grocery store is good with me… I like white bread I don’t like wheat bread…

The service Amazon provides for someone in my situation is spot on. I live in a very rural area and I just can’t walk to the corner store when I have a random craving for a tuna sandwich. When I found out I could order a couple of loaves of bread, I was stoked. The only thing I worried about, was the condition the bread would arrive in. It was carefully packaged and was virtually in perfect condition. This is the 3rd or 4th time that I’ve ordered this bread and I’ve been happy every time. Considering I don’t really like white bread in the first place, this exceeds my expectations and it enabled me to reconsider my choices.

i ordered 2 loafs of wonder bread because you cant find it in my area. it used to be great but this was the worst bread ive ever had and it was 10 dollars

This was a life saver during quarantine when we could not go out as the cases in our city rose to the highest in the nation. Full disclosure is that Wonder Bread is not my go to brand (Sara Lee) of grocer’s bread. However, it is the go to for so many people for large picnics and BBQs so I have eaten my share in my day. I always find it just a little stale and not very flavorful. This was no exception. The loaves were soft to the touch but the slices were a little hardened at the sides. So the seller can’t be held accountable for the product’s flaws. It was expensive in my view but, considering the scammers and price gouging going on during COVID-19 on this site, it was not that bad. So at the same time I had to order this bread I gifted myself a Pohl Schmitt Stainless Steel Bread Machine. This was a game changer. My family does not think they will ever go back to grocery bread. They LOVE the homemade bread. And the smell of the fresh bread when it is done just permeates the house to let you know it is ready to eat. So I am the one eating up the last of the Wonder Bread while making pizza crust (mixing and rising) in the bread machine for tonight’s dinner.

It wasn't quite the same as I remembered, it seemed a little courser in texture, but then again it's been a few years since I last had some. Still, so much better than anything else I can get in my area, mostly Franz and Sweetheart bread. You can't find this any of the mountain states, so said a product locater, so I had to order some. Froze one ate the other. Too expensive for me to order all the time, so it's a treat for once and a while. Last place I ever thought I would find Wonder Bread was on Amazon. The product came tightly packed so the bread could not move around, but loose enough that they didn't crush one another. The bread was fresh and tasted great.
