We love this on our tofu scramble. It really ramps up the flavors. We eat tofu at least once a day. My only issue is price, so we use less of it to afford it. It would be nice to have a bulk rate option. Ideally we would use this a lot more, but for this price we use it as a treat. We do very much appreciate the treat.😊

Great product to make scrambled eggs out of tofu. A step up from the old egg scramblers we used to use. This makes tofu taste like actual eggs.

Super tasty. Perfect for what I’ve needed. I make tofu breakfast sandwiches quite often and this is the only seasoning I need to use. It’s great. Recommend. Will continue purchasing!

Delicious and a time saver!

I followed the instructions, the 1st time, & it was waaay too salty. I cut back the amount I added after that & usually toss in some onion, veggie sausage, & salsa & it’s great! It really doesn’t “make tofu taste like eggs,” (I only use fresh tofu so maybe that’s the difference?) but it’s a yummy substitute! My omnivore husband, who “despises” (or thinks he does) tofu, not only goes back for seconds when I make it, he usually finishes it off. So, if you’re *expecting* a good breakfast-type vegan food, you will probably like this. If you’re *expecting* eggs, just eat eggs.

Really good...a little pricey for 6 people eating tofu scramble!!! So if you use it alot, I would look up the ratio of ingredients and make your own.

This spice mix delivered on the promises made for it. And, for those of us who are not enthusiastic about following recipes with multiple ingredients, many of which are specified as fresh, it simplifies the preparation of a tasty and practical substitute for "actual" scrambled eggs. As an added benefit of this particular product, there is the fact that the supplier is a family business with a concern both for product quality and for feeding the less fortunate among us .

This spice blend makes the most amazing tofu scramble. This is a must buy for any vegetarian or vegan.
