Follow up. Owned it 8 months now and charging port broke off internally and could no longer be charged. Called Emerson, gave them model and serial number and they fed ex’d us another one. No questions asked, no charge on the freight, didn’t have to send the old one back....Wow!! Product support and customer service like this only makes me want to recommend this thing even more.

This product died after 31 days, literally a single day after the Amazon return deadline. It no longer responds to controls or shows the time. During its first 30 days I was pretty pleased with most aspects. The Bluetooth speaker is loud, louder than most sub-$30 Bluetooth speakers, although not very good sound quality. The cordless charger worked well on my iPhone 13 Pro even through a case. The read out on the clock was very bright, and my wife, who is sensitive to light at night, complained it was a bit too bright, even on the lowest setting. I read some of the negative reviews and thought there perhaps weren’t enough of them to make this clock a bad risk, but it turned out I was wrong. Today, the 31st day after I purchased this clock it died.

I was looking for an all-in-one alarm clock, and maybe I was asking for too much. Overall, it works well— the clock is easy to read, it has wireless charging capabilities, and the speaker is a nice touch. I was hoping to use it in the garage while working on my car or RCs, but unfortunately, the speaker isn’t loud enough for that setting. It would be better suited for a bedroom rather than a garage. **Pros:** - Bright and easy-to-read clock display - Wireless charging - Built-in speaker **Cons:** - Not loud enough for larger spaces like a garage

Note: I have an iPhone 7 Plus, so do not use the cordless charging feature and so cannot rate that. I connect with the USB connection for charging. Pros: - Very nice design, sleek, and functional - Nice battery life - Sound quality is excellent for its size - All bluetooth functions work flawlessly - Extension arm holds the phone perfectly and is adjustable, even with a very clunky Otterbox case - The numbers are big enough to see without glasses, and a protective screen over them blocks much of the glare so it's not disturbing when facing the bed at night. There is also a stepped dimmer switch. Cons: - Adjustment buttons are flush and impossible to operate in low light or at night, and not that easy to use during the daytime. Fortunately for me and the way I use it, I can basically set it and forget it, so this isn't a problem for me.

This product and company are both good ideas in theory, but in execution: AWFUL. Let's start with the good. It has a stand which I LOVE. My phone has a home! I know exactly the place that is specifically designed for and where I can look at to only find my phone. Thank you! And that's where the good ends. Literally. The other features are great BUT: 1. The volume control is preceded and followed by a LOUD ASS SOUND when you turn on/off the speaker and want to switch modes on it from radio to bluetooth to anything else. What's the point of lowering the volume if while you do it or even turn on the damn thing to use it, it ends up waking up your roommates? 2. If the speaker isn't plugged in, expect the speaker to die as soon as you turn your back to it. Legit, the battery lasts MAYBE two or three hours. 3. Has many modes, but if you happened to switch the modes and didn't tell the speaker (by turning it off and on so it has time to process the switch), it'll turn off EVEN IF IT IS PLUGGED IN. 4. The wireless charging DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. 5. I called the company to let them know that it didn't work, they were super sweet and apologized thoroughly, promised me a new one within one or two weeks LAST YEAR, got my hopes up so much by promising me the new one, and NEVER DELIVERED. I was sad....I still am. So yeah, HUGE let down of a product. Don't bother.

I was blown away by how great the sound on this small thing is! I bought three of them because I liked the first so much. It charges the phone wirelessly and easily - both on the arm and on the top. The lowest volume is loud enough at work that it's all I need. Super easy to pair the phone with. It's rechargeable, so it doesn't even have to be plugged in all the time. One of the best features is that you can actually choose three different light levels for the clock, and even turn it off altogether. The only thing that's missing is a remote. I think the sound system on this is actually better than in my Mercedes...!

Buttons are overly sensitive or do not work at all. Extension arm does not stay in place. Radio reception was ok when working but not stable. Bluetooth would disconnect randomly. It arrived dented on the right side of the unit. The box was not damaged so this must have happened pre-packaging.

Excelentes funciones, buen sonido, reloj grande, muy buen diseño, no ebonaba bien a la base el cable de alimentación y es una lastima que se bloqueara al segundo día de uso, no pudimos encontrar el botón para reaunudar las funciones y posteriormente se apagó y no volvió a encender... Queremos darle una segunda oportunidad en cuanto recibamod el reembolso, porque no he encontrado otro artículo similar

Product is hard to use. Buttons don’t work. Rarely charges my phone. Not what I expect.
