Not to be mixed up with rubbish cheap models. The magnet increase is great. We have really thick double glassing in our apartment and it works perfect. Start slow and build speed. Does a great job once you get the technique right. Washes and squeegees in one pass.

Well I’ve just tried my purchase for the first time and it failed to hold its magnetism. Set on number (5) and it wouldn’t perform as per instructions. Another setting (6) it would possibly have worked. I would have tried it earlier if only it would stop raining. Not a happy customer, especially at this price.

Disappointing that it doesn't work on double glazed windows especially as that's what I bought it for and for cleaning upstairs windows. I have normal thickness windows and magnet seems powerful enough but the unit doesn't seem to hold on glass even with the strongest tension set on unit and they come apart and I see why they have the string attached now. I'll keep trying but at the moment feel a waste of money. Not happy.

I have got to say it was not as easy to set it up and use as I was led to believe. Even though I figured it out eventually, I do wish the instructions had been a lot clearer. Having said that, I have found this window wiper does work when used correctly as the magnets are very strong but it works best when using a slow and steady motion rather than trying to go as fast as possible.

After a bad experience with window vacuum cleaners, I decided to use this on my balcony windows. Although I clean them regularly, I could never clean them streak free before using these. The two sides stick very well to the window, yet they easily move on the glass to clean it. The pads are very absorbent and the give a good polish to the window, when dry.

Went to use these for the very first time with the weather and isolation issue,and find they are rubbish. I can not use them an any upstairs windows. i should get my money back as they have never been used an not even 6 months old

Do not buy if you have sash windows - It is tricky to place /position the 1st side onto the exterior facing window, then magnetise the 2nd side to it to clean the top and bottom of the windows. The 'English Manual' enclosed is a piece of paper with basic instruction in bad English - not helpful at all. Maybe it would be good in the hands of a professional window cleaner, but I am not impressed with it and wish I could return it. Way to expensive for no result in clean, streak free windows. I repeat, not good for sash windows and difficult to manoeuvre.

Works great on double glazing if you buy the right thickness. My windows are double glazed and very thick so i bought the most expensive one 4-38mm. Works great as long as you go slow. People that are writing bad reviews have only bought the 4-22mm which is not good enough for double glazing.
