Very rich cream that is definitely intended for those with dry, parched skin. Definitely not for those with reactive skin- it is rich. This formula is targeted toward those with mature skin; the age focus being in 60+ (I failed to see that when I ordered this). My dry 40+ skin lapped up this rich cream, and it was nice to have skin that didnt feel tight. For day or night, if you dont meet the age focus, then it may be best as a night cream. It very much reminds me of one. The cream has a pale pink color- reminds me of something I used to use or maybe sell back when I worked in a skin care store (merle norman), some 20+ years ago. Kinda also reminds of me of the old Oil of Olay night cream in terms of scent. I find it pleasant, but that is subjective. They dont include ingredients here, nor on their website. Packaging is hard to read (small print on dark glossy box that has raised bumps/texture). I see some very rich ingredients to start such as lanolin, cholesterol, various oils, glycerin, shea butter. Variety of ceramides, ferments, flower extracts, and hyaluronic acid. I have to say, it looks like a decent product, and feels like quality to the touch and how it feels on my skin. Typical 1.7 fluid ounce sizing. Little goes a long way. Pot style with easy to twist off lid. The size of the container is good for getting a handle on. Not so small to slip from hand, not so large that it is hard to grasp. The lid can double as a mirror. I do not rate on price. No point for me. I have used much more expensive, and much less expensive stuff, with varying results. We all have different budgets, and mine is on the high side because I love skin care and it is a bit of a hobby of mine. But it comes down to what works for us. I think this may be worthwhile for those that are curious about this line, and have the budget for it. I mean, why not? :) . I see they have lots of other products. If they would include ingredient list, I would feel better about recommending. But you know what, if I have an opportunity to try other products from this company, I absolutely will. I am intrigued, and my experience with this is favorable enough to want more. Early impression, but Im stoked to use this--it really helps my dry skin. Im pleased enough to go with 5 stars.

A very moisturizing facial cream that is geared towards the over 60 set. Actually good for anyone with drier skin, even if it's just an extra boost after too long of a day at the beach. This is a very pale pinkish white cream that is very rich and soothing to the skin. As soon as you start to slather this over your face, you can feel the oils start to set in. It absorbs quickly and goes to work right away at renewing your skin. Lasts all day and gives your face a nice healthy glow. Do be careful when applying because it can get rather dewy. That's fine if you are staying home or not really concerned about that extra dampness to the face. If you need to continue on with applying make-up, or just don't want to contend with a really moist dewy face all day, you might need to gently pat off the excess with a clean towel. Well worth letting it go though if you can. Your face will love you for the extra treat. The one thing that I am not all that thrilled with is the scent. Not that it's bad, it's just not what I think of as an enjoyable whiff. This moisture cream works so well though that I don't really mind. Best for those with dry skin and good for both men and women.

Nothing to dislike, it is one of the very best creams I have used & have been using many of their products for many years, 60+, C, eye cream, etc.

This cream is beautifully packaged and looks high end. It is pale pink with a delicate floral scent. In addition to hyaluronic acid, it contains Epigenol that is extracted from the calendula flower. It is an enzyme that has anti aging properties. The cream is easy to apply and absorbs well. It feels nourishing and leaves my face hydrated but not oily... Lovely cream for my mature skin. I have dry, older, 60-ish skin, so I thought I would give this a try. It is definitely rich and moisturizing. It absorbs fairly well, but there is still a residual greasiness. The cream is also heavily scented. For me, this is a night cream. It is just too heavy for my daytime makeup routine. I think I will appreciate this more in the dead of winter when my skin is at its driest.

I was not familiar with this line, but read that the products were cruelty-free and decided it was worth trying. Alas, this *is* your mother's (or grandmother's) face cream: thick and fragrant. And by "fragrant" I'm referring to a knock-you-out-old-lady-perfume aroma. Note that I don't mind products that smell a little funky, for example, those with hemp. This heavy musky fragrance doesn't appear to be related to any of the active ingredients, and it's oppressive and, for me, headache-inducing. I'm using the cream on my legs. As an emollient, it's pretty good, and it lasts for hours and hours. I just can't stand to have it near my nose. If your olfactory senses aren't as acute as mine, you may be happy with this product.

I find this Germaine de Capuccini-Timexpert SRNS Pro 60+ Cream to be a bit pricey for what I've ultimately been reduced to using it for. The perfume in it is not only strong and unpleasant, it also gave me a terrible rosy-faced rash. My fifty-year-old skin just can't handle heavy fragranced face creams. The cream itself is silky and works well to moisturize overnight, but at this point I am only putting this cream on my hands and feet (tucked in socks).

The Germaine De Cappuccini Cream has added fragrance; cloyingly floral. Lingers. I think $126 for a tiny 1.7oz jar of average, pale pink, thick, scented cream is a hint expensive. I don't like the overpowering, fake floral fragrance or the pastel pink color. It makes the product seem dated; think grandmother's vanity. Ultimately, as someone who is scent and skin sensitive, I can't continue to use this cream. It is not suitable to my needs.
