I’ve been using NeilMed NeilCleanse Piercing Aftercare Saline Spray for the past 4 years, both for my own piercings and my teenage daughters’ new piercings. It has been a staple in our piercing aftercare routine! No stinging or strong smells. It makes keeping new piercings clean so easy and has helped our piercings heal faster. I also love using it to keep my healed piercings clean and fresh. The spray is easy to use, and one can lasts us for months, so it’s definitely worth having on hand. After 4 years of using it, I wouldn’t use anything else for our piercings. Highly recommended.

I’ve tried a few piercing aftercare sprays, and this one is by far my favorite. The fine mist is super gentle and doesn’t blast your piercing like a pressure washer. It’s just a clean, soothing spray with no burning or stinging at all. My piercing stayed much less irritated, and healing seemed smoother once I switched to this. I also love that it’s just sterile saline with no weird additives or fragrances. The spray bottle works from any angle, which is surprisingly helpful when you’re trying to spray an ear piercing without becoming a contortionist. Definitely a must-have for new piercings.

After trying the Base Laboratories spray not once, but TWICE, and coming to the conclusion that all the extra additives were aggravating my piercing even further, I decided to try NeilMed. It did the trick. The bump and all aggravation gone after a few weeks and LITHA. Awesome product! Also love the continuous spray. Didn’t have any issues with that part, though almost didn’t order because other people said their sprayer didn’t work. 10/10, will buy again.

This is a great product and does exactly as it should. My piercings look great and I have been able to keep them clean. It lasts a long time as well. I was using wound wash before and I would run out in about 3 days where this lasts me about a month. I also have 6 piercings I am taking care of so if you have less piercings to care for then this will last you even longer. My only issue is that I have bought this three times and one of the times it came in a different bottle. The bottle with the white cap doesn’t spray as nicely as the other top. It has a different spray that is harder to use. So if you get the cap that matches the bottle then it’s perfect but if you get the white cap, I would send it back. The bottle with the white cap ran out way faster as well because the sprayer acted more like those wound wash sprayers than a fine mist. Just be weary of the white capped one.

I wanted to give this time two days will be 10 weeks of having my Septum pierced. I had family do mine with her being a professional and all, I did my own search into it as well beforehand and got this, I’ve not had any irritation whatsoever, it helps me a lot, I like the amount you get as you do have to clean your septum twice daily to get the crusties and etc. I recommend this one above all out of any brand I’ve tried, I gave this one plenty of time and this is definitely the one. Another thing, they say use paper towels to clean a septum and if by chance you are someone who is getting this piercing, I can tell you that you can use Q-tips I’d suggest getting the Q-tip that have the sharper appearance to carefully work around the jewelry to clean it and let it soak on your nose before you put a Q-tip and make sure it is completely dry (What I have done and mine has healed quickly because it’s cleaned properly). Don’t change your septum until the correct timing because everyone is different and it can take more time to heal if you have anemia/bad immune system, when it’s time to change that out or change anything for a piercing really, make sure it is (Titanium). You do not want a bump or any type or irritation, I hope any of this helped.
