Dear customer, the maximum R.P.M. is 16000. You should try slow feed rate and shallow cut first, and then gradually increase the speed rate and depth appropriately. And find the right combination.

What is the different between the 3 wings & 4 wings wood with the same bit: shank: cut diameter cut length ?

I have bits with 2 and I have bits with 3, I do not have any bits with 4, so I do not have an answer, however I have not really seen much of a difference between the two I have.

Can this bit be sharpened?

I have sharpened it 3 times with a flat diamond hone.
