Fits my 20oz metal tervis coffee tumbler perfectly as advertised. However, the slider is fairly loose & slides down when I drink my coffee. I'm hoping with time & usage, it will tighten up.

I bought this lid as a replacement for the hammer lid that my Tervis tumbler came with. One of my concerns before purchasing was whether it could be fully disassembled for cleaning, because I know how disgusting lids with moving parts can get if you can't fully disassemble them to clean and dry. But once I got it, I found that it is easy to disassemble and clean. Another reviewer complained that the slider is flat and not easy to slide. But I found the slider to be quite easy to slide. In fact, I found it to be almost too easy to slide. But it stayed closed when it was closed and stayed open when it was open, so I found it to be fully functionaly. These lids are not supposed to be leakproof, only splashproof. However, I tested by filling it with water and turning it upside-down, and the liquid stayed inside. So while I wouldn't toss it into my backpack, it's pretty close to leakproof. This is contrary to the hammer-style lid where the venting hole is always exposed even when the lid is closed. With this lid, sliding the lid close also covers the venting hole, so that's superior. Overall, other than the fact that the lid is a bit expensive ($7.99 when I purchased), I'm quite satisfied with the lid.
