Are these sweet or bitter? I bought a different brand before and they were bitter.

They are sweet, no bitterness at all...enjoy!

Are these dried and crispy, or more soft and chewy?

They were crunchy when the first arrived but went soft because the seal on the bag was no good.

Please can anyone tell me how much (in volume) does 100g of freeze dried strawberries look like? I don't want to end up with just a handful for £10!

It is a big bag. They weigh very light. I have bought them twice. They are lovely and crispy but remember to seal bag as they can go a bit soft if exposed to air too long
