I bought this rack on a whim after getting the idea from what I saw on TikTok. Let's just say...... I'M ORDERING ANOTHER ONE RIGHT NOW! I like the idea of food being lifted out of the oil and drippings. It fits on my 21x15 Wilton baking sheet. Half the sheet foe a rack of wings, the other half for tater tots which are baked directly on the sheet at the same time as the wings.
