It's the Real Deal for the Sandwich
As a Yankee from the midwest, I had no idea what this stuff was until a few shows on PBS and Britbox finally got me curious with references to the Cheese and Pickle sandwich. It took a few sandwiches to get the mix just right, but this is now my third jar. The stuff is an umami mouthful and really does work with a coarse bread and a mildish cheddar or American cheese. If you've not tried it, do so. Don't let the price move you away from an adventure.

Read Reviews before buying-Product was opened
I received the product today and it was open from the lid obviously, it also seems that there is about 1/4 less of the product. Very disappointed! I should have read the reviews before!
