Does it light up too?

No it does not light up. I've had this for about 5 years or more. The water seems to be evaporating somehow and the "snow flakes" are disappearing. Just an fyi

Is there an air bubble in the snow globe?

I just received my Cairn snow globe & it has bubbles at the top. It rather ruins the peaceful effect. It must be a defect or perhaps a leak. I'm returning & replacing as this is a wonderful snow globe.

The rocks are not real, though they look very real. They are made of resin.
