McCormick Gourmet Organic Ground Cloves, 1.75 Oz

I have never used ground cloves before, only whole cloves. When I began my search for them I came across many different brands of cloves, so I decided on the McCormick. It's a no brainier, McCormick has never failed me, I been using their spices for many yrs. I knew if I got McCormick I was getting a quality product that I could trust to be exceptional for my baking needs. I made a delicious glaze for Easter ham and since I never tried ground cloves I wasn't going to risk with any other brands on the market! Thank you McCormick for always providing quality products that we can trust.

High quality finely ground cloves useful in pies, desserts, meat preparation, etc. Small quanities are needed so that it lasts a LONG time. It reseasls completely to keep the pungent oils intact.

Staying with this brand now; the taste is better! I put it in my cocoa. Heard it is a natural health food for curing certain things. Not sure if its true but I like it. Also use it when baking cake, muffins.
