Yellow Curry
A mild yellow curry. I thought it was bland and heavy on curry flavor which I thought masked the flavor of the stew. The illustration showed pineapple as a suggested ingredient, but I didn't like that. I think it might be OK for single ingredient side dishes like carrots or cauliflower but I wouldn't recommend it for a main dish. I am not an expert on Korean dishes so I admit that I found it difficult to pair the flavors of this curry. The package contained a generous amount of curry powder, more than enough for one dish.
