Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging Replenishing Moisture Shampoo/Conditioner

This shampoo and conditioner is one of the best hair products I have ever used. For over a year I had been struggling with dry scalp. I have used every home treatment , anti dandruff shampoo and every "natural treatment" out there. We even put in a new water treatment unit. I didn't think my hair was dry and some of the products made my hair dry or very oily but the dry itchy scalp never improved. This was a new problem for me, the only thing I was doing differently is that I stopped coloring my hair. I am now a silver haired grandmother. I bought a travel size set of Alterna Caviar replenishing shampoo and conditioner to give it a try. It was pricey but much less than the regular size bottles. I liked it from the first shampoo. My hair felt silky and the shine incredible but best of all I thought my scalp was less dry and had fewer scales. I was dubious that the improvement would continue and that I would get build up from the conditioner. By the time I was coming to the bottom of the trial size I knew I would need to get the full sized bottles. I bought the 16 oz sizes with the pump and I am glad I did. I have fine hair and I usually can't use a conditioner on a daily basis, this product is totally different. I use it every day. My hair is soft but easily managed with a very nice shine but best of all, my dry scalp has cleared up. I never thought I would spend so much money on hair products but it has been worth every penny to me. I use very little and it should last me a long time.

My head has itched for many years I have tried many different shampoo and conditioner. Spent more money on this brand. "OMG" it's Awesome stuff. It was like my hair came alive!!! No more itchy head. Wasted lots of money through the years. I will definitely be buying again. ❤️❤️💯

This is a complete game changer. I have coarse curly hair and I’m always looking for a system to make my hair smooth and manageable. Even after just the first wash and condition, I’ve noticed great results. One of the best I’ve tried with my hair type!

I am happy with the quality of the shampoo and conditioner. They both have a pleasant scent and are very moisturizing. I bought them because I needed a shampoo that wouldn't dry out my bleached blonde hair. I use the shampoo twice a week with the conditioner as well as a weekly hair mask and it has definitely improved my hair over the previous products I was using. I bought this directly from Amazon.com so I'm pretty confident that they were authentic. I would be aware of which seller you are buying from since I see other reviews mentioning fakes. My main issue was with how the product was packaged. The bottles came in a very thin shrink wrap which was partially broken in places. The conditioner bottle had also somehow opened in it and spilled a lot. So they came a mess and I lost a lot of product from the get-go. They need to either secure the bottles better inside the wrap or use a thicker gauge of plastic to wrap them.

I shampoo and heat style my hair every single day. I cannot relate to 2 and 3 day hair. Because of the abuse I put my hair through, I never thought I’d find a shampoo and conditioner that didn’t buildup on my hair but was gentle enough for daily use. At first I found the shampoo a little harsh, as I didn’t like the way my hair felt once it was rinsed out, but as soon as I applied the conditioner, my hair felt like silk, like someone else’s hair. I have thick coarse and wavy hair that has always looked dry and over styled. Almost instantly, my coworkers started asking what I was using on my hair as they noticed a huge difference in the visible texture! This is my second time buying, and I will continue.

So I have ordered this before.. not this size, smaller .. but thought I'd order the bigger one this time.. I don't know what is going on but.. the condition is fine but the shampoo is like water, almost like someone took half the shampoo out and filled it with water ??? The shampoo bottle was opened when I got it yesterday too... This is very up as I paid $90.00 for it ... - not happy ☹️ and not only is it very watery.. what are those white chunks ... I would like answer

I SO love this brand, and this set in particular. With both the shampoo and the conditioner, a little goes a long way. It leaves my hair feeling light, healthy, and smooth. Maybe I'm buying into the marketing, but I didn't know that I might need anti- aging help for my hair. I'll try almost anything that helps slow down the aging process. This isn't a cheap brand but its very good value for your money and with the natural ingredients it should be very healthy for your hair. I do recommend it.
