Cheap, Flimsy, plastic tray, all imported from China!
What a rip off, plastic tray and they call it acrylic lol, arrived damaged so went tk return it but got denied as they blamed it on me. All their items are imported from China so no wonder the quality is lacking and priced so cheap. Bad bad experience with customer service who spoke very few English and then told me she wont give me a refund because I damaged it, the nerve. Avoid at all cost

Make sure you bed it in mortar same consistency as a bricklayer would use.
Light to carry upstairs and easy to install.

Room for improvement.
A good size tray but very slippery once it is wet. I could be dangerous for someone older. A textured centre panel would be a big improvement. I would not by it again for this reason.
