Do not fit smaller children ( 4-5 year olds ). Not tight enough to stay up on their heads

Hats did not stay on the kids, they were confused on how to wear them. Ended up wearing them for 5 min and then threw them on the ground.

I didn't realize they were a thin cardboard. But they worked especially for the price. The little string to go around head could have been better.

Having a monster jam theme for my 3 girls birthday next weekend I thought these (party hats) will be a scream!! Very fast shipping I ordered 3 days ago and have it now 5 days early!!

Kids liked them at our 4 year olds birthday party but kinda flimsy.

These hats are not very good. they do not look like the picture when you try to bend them into place.
