I admit it—I had my curling iron too hot and burned some of my hair. You know the scene—a lock was burned right off. The texture of what was left in that area was super rough and it wasn’t growing back as quickly as I expected. My hair stylist recommended this shampoo and conditioner, and it worked so well to bring my hair back to life. The rough ends where I had burned it smoothed out and overall my hair became smoother and shinier. Even when my hair was healthy again, I continued to use this set. It might be a bit pricey, but it is sooooo worth it! Also, it’s the real Goldwell product, just in case you’re worried about a knockoff.

I'd been using Moroccanoil products for almost two years. Several months ago, I decided to switch because they weighed my hair down, and the shampoo didn't really feel like it cleaned my hair and scalp that well. I have thick, frizzy, long, course hair. So, if a product can weigh my hair down, that's saying something! My salon uses Goldwell color, but it seems like I can't find other Goldwell products anywhere around here. I used Goldwell decades ago, so I was happy to find them on Amazon. I got the Rich Repair shampoo and conditioner. This is my happy place! My hair feels and smells clean! It's not weighed down. The Moroccanoil products (just the shampoo and conditiner alone) gave way too much slip, so styling with clips, barrets, hair ties, didn't work as they would just slip and fall out. Now, I can get the right amount of conditioning and still be able to hold my pony tails just fine!

I don't normally use a lot of conditioner since I have very fine hair but this along with the shampoo repaired my hair from blow drying & the flat iron. I highly recommend both shampoo & conditioner.

I haven't used this yet. I like Goldwell products, and from the description I decided to try it. But when I got it, the seller put some kind of tape across the entire top and down to the body of the bottle that was impossible to get off. It requires a razor blade which I didn't have. It is very effective in keeping the product from leaking, but it's also very effective in consumer frustration. It took quite a long time poking at the tape before I could get it off with scissors. I trust I'll like the conditioner. It came very quickly.

I bleach and colour my hair regularly so need a great moisturising conditioner...and this is it. Smells lovely too, not too overpowering or perfumey.

This conditioner did exactly what I wanted, leaves hair soft but not heavy or greasy and doesn’t have a strong smell.
