Style Edit Root Touch Up Spray, Medium Brown, 2 oz

I usually don't write reviews but I feel compelled to let people know that this product is the best of it's kind on the market. I've tried almost every other root concealer on the market over the years, and this one is by far the best and easiest to use. When I first saw that this product was an aerosol, I had visions of the old TV commercials showing the bald guy spraying hair-paint on his bald spot. But after reading all the positive reviews I decided to give it a try since it was so reasonably priced. Much to my surprise, the color is true to what is stated, it's so easy to use (I prefer small, quick bursts of spray), and it just covers the gray along your part without coloring your scalp. Only a small amount is needed and it just blends in with your color. It's just a little heavy until it dries in about 3 minutes and after brushing it out, voila.......great results and not weighted down at all. It lasts until you wash it out. Good stuff!!

Works great!

I was nervous at first to spray this stuff on my head, worried it might spray on my bathroom wall accidentally or in one place on my head or look unnatural. None of that happened. PROS: It was very easy to spray without any issues of too much spray or dripping. It has just the right amount of aerosol to stay close to your head but spread out enough to not just spray in one place. If you move your hand slightly around while spraying it works the best and spreads evenly. I cautiously sprayed and it was not enough coverage at first and then repeated over same area and could get just the right amount of coverage without too much overspray. The color match was also great with my dark hair. It is not a perfect match, but blends so well that it covers my grey 100% and can't tell it's been "sprayed" on! CONS: It does dry fast, however it DID get onto my hand when I touched my hair more than 30 minutes later. That was unexpected. I have slept with it in my hair and it did get on my pillow case, so I recommend washing it out of your hair before bed. For this reason I gave it four stars, otherwise five star product!

This product is a life saver. I bought for two of my sister to introduce them to my life saver. You will likely have to order a shade of one and a shade of another to see what you life best. I keep one in my car, one in my purse, one at home and always have one new back up. I have horrible gray resistant hair. When I see my coloring has not taken on my hair I am able to use this and it looks blended. I use it for new roots to last long between coloring. I use it on spots color is fading. I do my hair then I spray any spot that needs a quick gray cover up. If you scratch your head it will rub off on fingers but washes right off. Does not come off on pillow while sleeping if you skipped a hair washing. It will was right out when you wash your hair. It takes a little practice to spray almost pushing down very slowly works better so you dont get a quick burst of spray. If you spray to much or you are really pushing your coloring longer then normal it sometimes looks a little almost to light for the color it normally does. Maybe like a non shinny color but still worth buying. When I spray to much I just add a little water to my finger tips and kinda go over the spot I dont like and it does the trick. If your always still have gray after a coloring or you have fast growing hair or you are trying to delay the chemicals to your hair then this is really great and you will be happy you bought! My one sister who has never colored her hair loves it because she does the same styles it then sprays it on the sneaky grays starting to pop up on her and love the product too!! My other sister who has her hair colored like clock work every 6wks and get just a root touch up every third week had little need for it but when her colorist is away or had been sick she used it and thought it did the trick for her. You cant do your whole head because it does not have a shine to it. But you can do lots and with your other non sprayed hair it blends well enough for no one to have any idea of your big little secret!!

This grey concealer is the absolute best on the market! I have used many others and this product does the two most important things perfectly: 1) conceals grey discreetly 2) does not transfer (for example to your sheets, to your hat, to your pillow...) Love it and love the customer service from Larkin Supply - outstanding!
