I have all of the NOM series cookery books, I have found them to be full of no fuss recipes that are both tasty and easy to prepare. Full of recipes to suit every taste, and with help from start to finish you will be hard pressed to make it all go wrong.

LOVE this book. I can use so many healthy extras
I worked out the syns for the last book so thought Iโd do the same for this one too. But most of the recipes are syn free which I didnโt realise! ๐๐ Although a lot of them use healthy extras so I thought Iโd write them out so Iโve got the list on my phone for writing up my healthy extras in my planner.

Forget the rest and just get the best!
Well I thought, here we go again. Yet another cook book which is full of things we've never heard of and certainly can't get. How wrong was I. This is the most down to earth common sense book for slimmers I've ever come across. Easy to follow, mostly simple recipes with everyday ingredients to make the most amazing dishes. Trust me I've tried them all over the years. I simply don't even feel as though I'm on a diet and their 'Fakeaways' are quite simply better than a take away. I started losing weight the first week and I truly didn't expect to because I felt so well filled after each meal. I've got all 3 books and I'd highly recommend all of them. You can't go wrong because there's deliciousness in each book. Finally, a modern day book with every day ingredients for the 'normal' everyday person. Well done girls, I want MORE.

Another great book
I bought this after buying their first book last year. I've never looked back. I'm not great at diets but there is so much to like in this book that I thought I'd give it a review. What is great is that ALL the recipes in here are what you might want to eat for dinner most days of the week. The brilliant flavours speak for themselves; one of the authors is a classically-trained chef and as a result, there is not one meal here which doesn't taste delish. I think the basic idea is that what might usually be recipes heavily laden with butter/starch/sugar have been modified so that they are healthy for everyone(especially those trying to lose weight). I know it's not rocket-science; common sense should tell us all to cut out/reduce sugar, fats etc but let's be honest, who has the time for that in their normal lives. So Kay and Kate have done it for us and I'm delighted they did. If you can afford both boths, get 'em. Once you've cooked this way (batch cooking is simple as most recipes are for 4 , 6, 8 people) you'll never go back to buying the normal spag bol, chilli, lasagne, curry etc. There are also desserts!!

Very impressed. Some items are things I already do but with a slight twist on the recipes making it exciting and new. So chuffed with this Pinch of Nom book range.i bought 2 , I will definitely buy the rest.

I love the pinch of Nom blog and their recipes. Itโs great that they are now making recipe books. Lots of great recipes. Beautifully compiled book with lots of photos of the recipes. Easy to follow instructions with step by step images for some of the more difficult ones. Love this book.

Great recipes. They are in UK measurements but that's not hard to convert. Some of the recipes need a little substitution with the food. But YUMMY!
