Great Value for Money
I used this pack (Advance 45+5L) to walk 500 miles across Spain and for me it was an excellent choice. It is lightweight, strong and was very comfortable to wear once adjusted properly. Lots of adjustment points to get the right fit. Fully loaded it weighed about 12 kilos. The number of different storage compartments made it easy to keep my stuff organized and accessible, including some hidden internal compartments for valuable items. As an extra bonus, the gap between the frame and the mesh behind my back was a great spot to quickly stuff items that I needed to use on and off frequently (light jacket etc). The material was (still is) super strong and I didn't experience any tears or damage over the whole time (and believe me it got thrown down on the trail quite a lot). For the me cons were: Side mesh panels were hard to reach to grab my bottle while walking (ie without stopping to remove the pack). I bought the Grey one, but the colour faded over time and now it is mostly brown (the mesh fabric and straps are still Grey but the RipStop sections are brown). Some of the elastic has stretched out (the side panel where my bottle was). Waistband storage compartments could practically only hold very small items, as they were curved around the waist. All in all though, I had no regrets and I realized afterwards that similar sized packs with the same features (storage, adjustability, external frame, etc) are in the $250 range ...... this was a great buy.

Great pack
I bought 3 of these for my family to do a 3 day 2 night section hike of the Appalachian trail. They carried the weight well. Although the straps are cheap you might need to adjust every so often. But they never broke. The metal frame on 2 of them needed adjusted a bit but the metal bent pretty easy and was able to form for each persons body fairly easy. The packs are spacious and has a divider that can be unzipped. I wish they had a water holder on the strap but I added one myself. The rain cover worked great and made the visibility great. The material seems well mad they never ripped or snagged on rocks and on the dirt.

Good budget pack- IF it fits.
Pros: +Lots of storage in main compartment, option to unzip the bottom allows for long items to be comfortably stored inside. + Expansion can be stuffed full and still have the hood securely cover it. +Floating hood has lots of storage. Straps were strong enough to hold bedroll in place when expansion isn't in use. +Compression straps were sturdy. Ample amount of them allows for secure storage of things outside the pack, along with keeping items inside from shifting. +Pouches on belt are easy to access and hold a decent amount with the mesh netting. Overall the quality was fairly good. I could see some weak points in the stitching when the pack was full. They would definitely rip if one tried to overfill the pack, or is careless when stuffing in compressable items. Otherwise material seemed strong and fairly durable. Cons: -Pack has no padding support on the corners of the frame where it makes contact with your back. -Not for slim hips. Waist strap can tighten to fit a small frame, but with the placement of where the straps attach to the back, it will not properly place the weight. -Non-adjustable frame is uncomfortable if it does not perfectly fit you. -The way the shoulder straps are attached make it difficult to adjust where they sit on your shoulder. I have a smaller frame with a medium/long torso. Measurement-wise this framed pack should have fit me. However, because of how rigidly the frame was in place, it wound up not fitting properly. The straps were uncomfortable, the belt would not stay in place when tightened to fit, due to pads wrapping too far over my hip bones causing it to ride up to rest on my waist, causing painful weight displacement. I wound up with a long rub rash along my lower back, with two welts forming where the inner-corners of the frame dug into me. (Photo taken a week later: skin had rubbed raw enough to scab.) My shoulders have been rubbed- mainly due to the ill fitting belt causing weight to be put on the poorly placed straps. All in all I would only advise this bag if you have a medium/long torso length and a medium build. If you are large enough for the waist-belt to properly fit it should work well, based on its construction. I considered upgrading to the one with the adjustable frame and shoulder-pad height. However, I'm not willing to spend the money when I know the corners will butcher my back regardless.

Well made and a good price
Great bag. Comfortable, seems well made. I loaded down for a one night camping trip and it held all of my gear well. Even my Marmot Limelight 3 tent was held snugly on the side. I’m 6’ tall and about 195 lbs and it fits me well. I purchased the 65+5 bag and would recommend it to anyone. I especially like the way the bag unzips giving you another way to access your gear instead of from just the top or very bottom. The rain cover worked well (always rains when we camp). The pockets on the waist band are large enough for several small items in each. Bigger than many I’ve seen. Overall it’s a great bag!

Comfortable, padded and adjustable straps
I have had this backpack for a while in preparation for a 200 mile hike in northern Spain. It's been 10 years since I stopped running and I let myself get out of shape for this kind of distance. So I put the pack aside and began walking to get back in shape. So now I'm up to 7 1/2 miles with 13 lbs. in the backpack. The shoulder straps are very comfortable. There is a small connector strap between them to keep them from sliding off your shoulders. This connector strap is adjustable up and down and one side of the buckle is an emergency whistle. The shoulder straps should allow you to attach an umbrella for hands free walking. One one strap is an elastic band sewn across the strap and the other side has a reflective cloth band (no elastic). The shoulder straps have adjustments at the top and bottom. The padded waist cinch is very good, taking weight off your shoulders. It has very generous adjustment straps. Each waist strap has a small ventilated zipper pocket and is right at your hips. It's hard for me to reach them but I'm older and not as flexible as I used to be. Over the right shoulder there is an area that allows for a drinking tube, with the water container inside the backpack. This is the main area of the pack for all your packables and has a drawstring closure. Above this area is another drawstring so you could put something on top of the first drawstring (main pack area) and close the second drawstring. Above this is a cover/cap with elastic rim and 2 buckles in front, 2 more in back. The cap has 2 storage areas, 1 of which is in a somewhat hidden zipper. The other is netted storage with a zipper. there are 2 additional lightweight attachment loops . Between your pack and the backpack is the supporting metal frame and ventilated back support. There is a lift/carry strap between the shoulder straps at the top. There are additional straps on the side and back of the pack. I haven't figured out what those are for but nice to have; perhaps for your bedroll and tent. Also on the side are ventilated pockets for water bottles, umbrella, etc. On the back is a large ventilated pocket. Near the bottom on the back is another storage area, zippered and with some straps. Inside this area is a zipper which allows access to the bottom of the main pack storage, in case you put something on the bottom of the main area and wanted quick access. It's tough to open the zipper without emptying this area. Finally, on the very bottom, in a zippered pocket, is the bright chartreuse waterproof cover for the pack. I rarely backpack but I am very pleased with the many features of this pack. For the price, I don't think you can beat it. Once I've done this trek I will probably never backpack again. But I have confidence that for this trip I'll be very pleased with this pack.

Great, lightweight and holds a lot
I recently purchased a purple hiking backpack, and I am absolutely thrilled with my choice! Not only does the color stand out and add a fun touch to my hiking gear, but the backpack itself is incredibly functional and reliable. The first thing that caught my attention was the durability and high-quality construction of the backpack. The materials used are sturdy and weather-resistant, ensuring that my belongings stay protected even during challenging hiking conditions. The reinforced stitching and strong zippers give me confidence that this backpack will withstand the test of time and many outdoor adventures. The purple color is simply delightful! It adds a burst of vibrancy to my hiking gear and sets it apart from the typical neutral-colored backpacks. Plus, it's easy to spot on crowded trails, which is an added bonus. The backpack's design is thoughtfully laid out with multiple compartments and pockets. It has ample space to store all my essentials, from a water bladder and snacks to a first aid kit and extra layers of clothing. I appreciate the separate compartments for organization, making it convenient to access what I need quickly. Comfort is paramount when it comes to hiking backpacks, and this purple gem does not disappoint. The padded shoulder straps and back panel provide excellent support and help distribute the weight evenly, making long hikes much more manageable. Another great feature is the hydration system compatibility. The backpack has a designated compartment for a water bladder, allowing me to stay hydrated without needing to stop and reach for a water bottle constantly. In summary, the purple hiking backpack has been a fantastic investment for my outdoor adventures. It combines style and functionality with its durable construction, ample storage, and comfort-enhancing features. If you're looking for a reliable and eye-catching companion for your hiking trips, I highly recommend considering this purple hiking backpack – it's a perfect blend of fashion and functionality!

Beware if you have breasts!
Beware if you have breasts! I'm 5'6" and weigh 125 pounds so I ordered the smaller size of this pack for an upcoming first-time 3 day backpacking trip. The reviews are amazing, and the description said "N NEVO RHINO Internal Frame Hiking Backpack Daypack "for Men AND Women. When it arrived I was excited to try it on, so I stuffed it with pillows to fill it out. It has lots of pockets and adjustments, which I really liked. When I got to cinching up the fit, the shoulders were too high. So if your torso is under 17" in measurement (mine is 15.5), this pack will be too big for you. But what really surprised me was the placement of the chest strap. I wasn't able to adjust it up enough to clear my small breasts, and the straps went directly over them. No amount of adjusting helped. If I lowered it to clear them, it was awkwardly located and VERY uncomfortable. I had to return it and find something else. I give it 3 stars because of this and that it says it's for women but not for this one, and also, there's no mention of the size for the smaller torso. Otherwise, it seems like a good pack for the price.

Unbelievable value for the price
Purchased the 45+5 and 65+5 packs. Both are extremely high quality, even more so considering the price. The vented suspension/backpanel of the 45+5 is extremely comfortable, and allows for a lot of airflow. The straps and hip belts are both very comfortable and have storage pockets. Both packs have dividers for sleep systems; the 45 has a seperate zippered compartment, and the 65 has a drawstring/cinch-style compartment as well as a mid-pack access port. Both have appropriate retention for trekking poles or ice axes. The top lid pocket is sufficiently large enough for electronics, snacks, filtration, etc. The 65 has additional lash points on top of the top lid pocket. Both packs feature two deep stretch-mesh side pockets which accommodate a 40oz water bottle with ease. The top opening cinch strap is a very welcome feature and is very helpful for getting compression on a fully packed bag. Interior hydration bladder hookups in both packs as well. The design on both is very sleek, and well executed. The Cyan/Aquamarine colorway is even better in person and pictures don’t do it justice. The rear stretch pouch at the pack center is perfect for storing a poncho, jacket, or any other layered clothing item. The included rain cover is also excellent quality. Can’t recommend these bags enough.
