We have used all kinds of poison ivy remedies as our yard is full of it. I hadn't realized that we were out of poison ivy soap until we were a good couple days into having gotten into some. I ordered this because the natural ingredients and I have to say that using this in place of the regular stuff was amazing. My husband was covered with a rash and after two days of using just cortisone (we always use cortisone along with the poison ivy soap), it wasn't getting any better. First wash with this soap and you could actually see the difference. It went from a deep angry red to just red on the first day and now on the second, it is down to a very light red. Next I am going to test it in our laundry to see if it takes care of any residue that is probably on the clothes we wore outside and to see if it will actually work on clothes without causing any problems with them. I will come back and post the results after I have done that since there is nothing on the market for getting rid of poison ivy on your clothes.

I had gotten poison ivy oil all over my arms, and right away used this soap on my arms to wash that oil off, and this soap worked so well that I never got infected with poison ivy.

It seems to be working because I don't itch badly anymore.

I am high allergic to poison ivy and using the cream after being exposed is a game changer. After applying leave on for 5 minutes before showering works better. It is a little more expensive but worth it.

It works well as soap, but did not prevent poison ivy breakout on its own. Need instructions to point out need for scrubbing. The poison ivy oil acts like any other grease or oil on the skin, and must be scrubbed with a wash cloth after applying soap to remove the oil. If you treat the poison ivy oil like invisible grease all over the possibly exposed area and lather well and then scrub down the entire area, it can work.

Best treatment so far! Used for 2 days and already looks like it's clearing up....love the ingredients...thank you!
