I read the reviews for these straps and I was skeptical because of the price but I have been incredibly impressed! They are fairly sturdy and thick enough to trust. I am not using them for transportation but I would trust them most definitely.

Bought these to hold tarp on over the hot tub during the summer. Had a different type last few years and was tired of having to constantly retighten straps, especially after a storm. These have been on a month with several bad storms and winds over 60...tarp and straps are unmoved.

It was just as pictured. Perfect for our kayaks.

These straps are pretty good for the money. Way better than the Cartman brand straps that I bought at the same time, but not nearly as durable as the NRS straps I use on a lot of my equipment. They started showing wear after only a couple of short trips down the road after strapping a kayak to a trailer, but at least they hold the kayak down tightly and release when needed. Decent but not great product for the money.

I use straps like these for strapping my kayak onto/into the rack, so I need strong ones. These are stronger than any straps I've had before, and another plus is that the levers depress easily. Great straps.
