My t-slots are .585 on the top, will this kit work properly or do i need a larger t-slot nuts ?

My 1/2 T slots measure .5460, the T nuts on this kit measure .480 and work just fine on both of my mills with 1/2 T slots.

will these fit the precision mathews pm-727 table?

Probably? I believe my mill and the pm-727 are both RF-45 variants. However the real answer is to check the PM documentation on your mill. It will tell you the slot size. It could be 7/16" or maybe even 9/16". But this is probably the size you need.

Will this fit the x carve cnc machine

Not familiar with that machine for this t-slots to work the slots have to be half inch wide as long as the slots in your bed are half inch wide it should work

my mini mill slots are under .5 at .487, will these fit? Would you draw a t nut and show the measurements?

I am not sure. I have a WEN mill and they won't fit mine. I can't measure my mill slots right now, nor the thickness of the T nuts but I measured the nuts the other day and I think I'm going to mill off about 0.090 to get them to fit. First I have to see if their hardened. Sorry I can't help more.
