USDA Organic Black Seed Oil (8 Fl Oz)

Not sure why but this was so effective I am surprised that it is not common knowledge. My knees have been sore for nearly 6 months. Some days worse than others and some kind of mild but still left me limping. Well I saw a video saying that this might be helpful. I got pills and started taking them but only a few days before I went on vacation. So I did not see any effect. On my return I started with the pills but also put the oil on my knees. I got this oil on day 2 and would put it on my knees a few times a day. Day 2 the pain was gone. Day 3 pain still gone. Not even a pain on an odd motion. I will keep using it because for the first time in months My knees are pain free. I still take the pills every day and rub this oil on the areas of my knee that were painful when walking and even to the touch. I also added Rose Hip oil as that has another pathway for fighting inflammation but I only began using that on day 3 when the pain ended. So I think this was the most significant reason for the pain being gone but it possibly could be the rose hip oil which is not so expensive so I will use both. Your results might be different but it made a drastic difference in my opinion. only 4 or 5 days ago the pain was at times so bad I had to stop moving because it hurt too much. I will post if it returns.

I am upset this item has jumped in price from $19 to $26 for an 8oz and from $32 to $44 for a 16oz!! I am still on my 1st bottle but it is going fast. I initally picked this up when I was hesitant on purchasing Sea Moss, and needed to do more research. I love the benefits of this oil (anti inflammatory, anti bacterial, anti microbial, pain relief, blood sugar balance, heart health, kidney health, immune strengthening, skin care, liver health) this is an all around miracle oil, right? I can bare the smell and taste.. and I realized that it gave me more energy when I took this on an empty stomach. Never makes me queasy. The problem is my diet isn't as good as it can be, and I am trying to combat that with vitamins, minerals, & herbs (Spirulina, Chlorella, Ginger Root, Collagen, Echinacea, now BSO and waiting on my order of Sea Moss caps. These vitamins and such do help me in my current state yet the benefits would be greater if I dropped the meat and dairy.. I found another use for this oil that is giving me outstanding results. I have been oil pulling for 10 mins or more with this oil as I had some areas of my gums that were swollen probably due to not flossing. the oil has taken away the swelling, whitened my teeth, and cleansed my mouth and tongue of bacteria and toxins. Black seed oil is alleged to "cure everything but death". I've been taking it daily now for about 6 months. Since taking it, my blood pressure has gone from slightly elevated to the low end of the normal range and my HDL improved from really low into the normal range. I rarely take any kind of pain relievers anymore, so it seems to be helpful in reducing pain. For anyone who is thinking about trying it, be aware that it has a very pungent odor that tends to hang around in the room in which you take it. The flavor is hard to describe but it isn't something you want lingering around your tastebuds. Some have described it as tasting like diesel fuel or kerosene, but I've never tasted either so I can't make that comparison. I haven't noticed any side effects from using this product.

Great product I won't go another day without it.This is one of the healthiest supplements you can take with turmeric,serrepeptase and Nattokinsea. Turmeric and black seed oil have been proven to analyze your diet and will even kill cancer by doing so while the other two will remove plaque from your blood,help you sinuses and joints and a 4 very potent antioxidants. Try them I was taking male hormones for a year along with this and NAC 600 each of them twice a day and my Dr was amazed at how healthy I was but I was also working out 3 to 4 days a week and for you that van mean walking a treadmill but I wanted to experiment. If you have issues with your liver NAC 600MG twice a day will help amazingly forget the other supplement people claims help your liver and the dad has made it so all red yeast rice cannot carry enough of the needed property to work as a statin so stay away from both. Research your supplements. I'm in a year recovery now after being hit by a semi truck in the interstate multiple times and that's just the beginning I don't know how I'm alive but all my joints hurt and it ruined my spine , went thru many surgeries one thru the throat and I work as a police officer my mobility in -15 degree weather is holding up when it can but it's all about moving if u sit all day stiff as a board you will end up that way for life. Birthed black seed oil is amazing and for men lacking in size in a certain area it's been shown applied topically to enlarge that area as well I tried this since I was going to be taking it anyway and it's no joke but get healthy by taking this.

Although the taste is not my favorite I have noticed the hood it is doing to my body and my mood. Hate the taste but with all the wonderful benefits I have noticed it’s worth it

I tryout the pills from a different supplier and saw no difference, but this cold pressed from this supplier is better! My blood pressure is down 15 point from bottom number 89 to 74 ! I take 1 spoon twice a day. Working great.

Great product

This oil does not seem to have the same strong, pungent fragrance or taste that other brands have, however, it seems to do the trick both internally and externally.

As advertised. Good quality taste. The lid broke after reopening about 15 times so you have to tighten gently.
