Very sturdy chair. And provides good back support. The material used looks rich and plush. Has all the required features. 360-degree swivel. Good and smooth roller wheels, Armrests. Can adjust the height at the touch of the level. A lean-back facility that can be locked. So easy to assemble. Need no help at all. Very happy with this overall. - Excellent & service, too, I may add. The pneumatic system developed a fault after some 6 months of use. It took only a phone call from me and they sent off a new part.

I could have given rating of 4.5 though that option is not there. Assembly of chair is very easy. Just follow the assembly procedure given in the pamphlet. Lookwise very good, though small scratch marks on the chrome plated strips probably due to handling during the manufacturing process/packing. Comfort wise very good for person less than 6 ft tall. For tall people( > 6 ft) thigh support can be an issue. Plastic cup for the hydraulic spindle is missing though the picture shows it. Not a major issue though. This is my initial review based on a day's usage. Will come back and review after couple of months.

Considering prices, not worth buying at all. You have to self assemble Since day 3-4 hydrolic doesn't work By 9th day sponge starts coming out from stitches Wheel are not smoothly rolling, chair weigh is bit on higher side so you have to rake efforts to roll chair if you are sitting. Also leather heats up body a lot, 10 days refund and replace options is there but with all pack conditions and with price tag and box, no one keeps things hanging around for 10 days, if it works fine on day one ir two other stuff is discarded. I am on 10th day but can even return. Very very disappointed

Assembly is easy. You don't need any tools. You just have to attach the components. It's well cushioned and comfortable. Armrest is also cushioned properly. I'm not tall ( 5'3-5'4 ) so the back support is enough for me. The backrest doesn't move without the seat. When you lean back the seat moves with it as both are attached. I would have liked the two separated. The material might not be comfortable in summer. The base and top feel great, its the middle part where I have issues, where the seat is attached with the base. The seat is tilted as mentioned in one of the reviews. The seat also wobbles a bit. Not too much but you will definitely notice it. I opted for this because I didn't want the mesh back available in other chairs. If that's your problem you can go for this one. You can manage with the tilt and a bit wobbly seat.

Finishing is really good. Looks elite for 5000 bucks.. Not sure of long term outcome. Seen some wear tear below the seat. Can see a life of minimum 6 months to 1 year... All that glitters not gold, you can't expect diamond from 5000 bucks.. Too 😁😅 Also leather is synthetic. So I would say 5000 bucks is what you paid for the brand, seller wouldn't make much profit. Making cost of these kind of chair would cost an average 3000 atmost. Post that brand cost, gst, sgst taxes would sum up to 3700-4000. 5000 is just nominal as they have to ship this big gizmo to it home. 😅😁🤠. Just use some cushion over it. Don't throw it, mend it if it has issues. It dosent cost much. I'm a responsible consumer and what about you.? Love nature, reuse and recycle. Thanks

Excellent product ,very comfortable and long lasting have been using for last five years. And excellent customer support
