It appeared to be but not 100% sure. The entire console looked unused

I take international is a japan region console? If so the listing has false info. Japanese console are region locked for movies

Mine was a Region 1 (US Version). Unfortunately it came with custom firmware that cripples support with genuine Sony excessories. It also will not run Lego Star Wars because of this. It plays most games but no longer supports excessories like the camera.
