I have this item in 2 colors and it’s a game changer to cover darker spots on the face. Easy to color match too.

Don't know about the age rewind part but it is a good concealer for my dark spots. I am on my 3rd purchase. Just an add on. When I purchased this,the color said neutral,but when it arrived it said 160. A little consistency would be nice.
