I have persistent genetic sinus problems. The same stuffy nose, sinus headache type problems some of my siblings have. This salt/soda sinus rinse really works. I've used this a lot. Most times I've used this I can see the gunk that washes out of my sinus cavity. Not a pretty picture, however, after the wash water clears the sinus cavity I can breath So Much Better. And studies have show that merchant marine sailors exposed to salt air have a much lower incident rate of illness compared to land lubbers. After using, I bend over, tilt my head from one side to the other to clear the wash water from my sinus. Once I get the water out I can breath through my nose and any sinus pressure is gone. DO NOT USE if you cannot breath through your nose or you may overpressure your ears.

Good product that mixes easily.

I have been using a Nettie Pot to clear my sinuses for a long time. These NeilMed sinus rinse packs are wonderful. They are very effective at clearing my sinuses, so easy to use since they are premixed, and there is no side effects like a burning sensation. I would highly recommend.

This is a lifesaver for my allergies this year. I had tried everything I can think off and research for help online. This was the only thing help me. I have two bottles, I mix one package in each bottle for each of my nostrils. There is no scent to it. No irritation to my notes. Non-greasy. I follow with the nasal spray after and I can function during the allergy season.
